Job Description
Flagstaff Hill Golf Club is seeking an organized, energetic, and commercially minded Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily running of our clubhouse and bar. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional service while driving revenue growth and strengthening the club's position in the local markets.

Key responsibilities
n
Overseeing all clubhouse and bar operations to the highest standard
n
Taking full autonomy over the drinks menu, including selection, pricing, and promotion
n
Leading, mentoring, and developing frontline staff
n
Maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and venue presentation
n
Managing stock control, ordering, POS systems, and all compliance requirements
n
Hosting corporate events, golf days, and private functions
n
Actively growing business relationships with local businesses and corporate clients to increase venue hire, event bookings, and overall revenue
n
Working collaboratively with management to improve systems, processes, and communication
n
Budgeting, rostering, operational planning, and performance reporting, working with the General Manager to achieve KPI's
n




About you
n
Proven experience in hospitality or venue operations, ideally in a supervisory or management role within a clubhouse, golf club, or similar hospitality environment
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage members, guests, corporate clients, and external partners
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
n
A hands-on, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to high standards and commercial results
n
RSA certification (mandatory) and tertiary education highly regarded
n
