Job Description
Western Bulldogs in Melbourne is seeking an Indigenous Engagement & Inclusion Manager to drive reconciliation and cultural safety across the club. The role supports establishing advisory committees and builds relationships with First Nations communities in the west of Melbourne and Victoria.

You will lead engagement initiatives, coordinate cultural awareness training, and help plan events for NAIDOC, AFLW Indigenous Round, and Sir Doug rounds, with cross-team support from People & Culture,
