The Workforce Operations team is seeking Expressions of Interest from our Supply School Officer pool who may be interested in undertaking casual administration work during our peak employee contracting period in November and December ****.
n
You will largely be assisting with drafting, sending and following up employee contracts, assisting with other generaladmin duties in the People & SafetyTeam and ad-hoc reception cover.
n
The suitable applicants will assist with a range of administrative tasks associated with our employee contracting processes. This opportunity would suit staff who are organised,



detail-focused and comfortable working with systems and handling confidential employee information.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Good organisational and time management skills
n
Confidence using computers and learning recent programs and systems
n
Ability to follow processes
