Introduction

Supagas is seeking a motivated Driver Trainer to deliver skills-based and compliance-driven training across our Current South Wales branches as a Driver Trainer, you will work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to promote safe, compliant and professional driving practices across Supagas.
n
This role is primarily field-based, seeking a trainer Sydney-based and offers autonomy to plan and manage your schedule. If you enjoy a dynamic training role with variety, travel, and the opportunity to make a tangible operational impact, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop, deliver, and assess training programs for new and existing employees across our NSW sites, with a focus on safety and operational compliance.
n
Review and improve training materials in line with legislative, operational, and industry changes.
n
Conduct training needs analysis and design tailored learning solutions to address skill gaps.
n
Manage training documentation and competency profiles, monitoring employee progress.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous learning and operational improvement.
n




Track and report training outcomes in the LMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience delivering training to drivers, ideally in transport or related industries.
n
Proven ability to mentor drivers and provide safety-focused training
n
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or working towards it.
n
HR Driver Licence.
n
MC Driver Licence is highly regarded.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly.
n
Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
n
