Lead full project management for deployment of customer-valued solutions through planning, approval, implementation, and monitoring phases
Deploy change-management initiatives such as reducing hospital length of stay and implementing digital tools and patient-experience solutions
Lead project planning and implementation for Health Care Solutions projects
Develop projects and validate business cases with Strategic Solutions, DePuy Synthes businesses, and the Health Care Solutions Manager
Support sales, marketing, and customer-facing personnel through education and implementation training
Monitor and report project milestones and metrics to stakeholders
Identify and manage project risks
Develop materials and services with third-party partners such as creative agencies and IT platform providers
Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare business compliance, and Australian and New Zealand industry codes of conduct
Develop and implement required policies, procedures, MSA, and due-diligence documentation
Participate in cross-functional teams, advisory boards, and external stakeholder engagements
Manage internal communications and external third-party relationships
Manage project budget trackers and demonstrate business impact using financial tools and models
Maintain project-management metric systems and apply lessons learned to new and existing projects
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in medicine, pharmacy, life science, pharmaceutical, allied health, software engineering, computer science or related degree
Orthopaedic experience preferred
Project Management Qualification or software engineering background or change management specialist or software development or data science
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the medical device or related business industry




Familiarity with the Industry Codes of Conduct (Australia and Recent Zealand) for medical devices (MTAA) and medicines (MA)
Understanding of the Australian Healthcare System
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
Proven project management capability
Demonstrated change management success in a previous role highly desired
Knowledge and understanding of AI tools and their use desirable
Dedicated change management background required; candidates without one are not being considered
Willingness and ability to undertake domestic travel
