About the Role
n
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day success of the store. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering friendly and genuine customer service
n
Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products
n
Working towards individual and store sales targets
n
Supporting key retail metrics including ATV, UPT and conversion
n
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards
n
Processing sales, returns and transactions accurately
n
Replenishing stock and maintaining an organised stockroom
n
Supporting the Store Manager and wider team with daily operations
n
n
Availability
n
This position is specifically based at our Clarks Westfield Mt Gravatt store.
n
To be considered for the role, candidates must have availability to work:
n
n
Mondays
n
Tuesdays
n
Wednesdays
n
Weekends when
required/requested,
particularly during busy and peak trading periods
n
n
There may also be opportunities for additional casual shifts at our Clarks Westfield Chermside store.
n




Candidates who are comfortable working across both Mt Gravatt and Chermside when additional support is required will be highly regarded.
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:

Has previous retail or customer service experience
n
Is confident approaching and engaging with customers
n
Has a positive, sales-focused attitude
n
Enjoys working towards targets and celebrating team success
n
Is reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently when required
n
Takes pride in their presentation and the presentation of the store
n
Can provide flexibility during key retail and peak trading periods
n
