Uniting NSW/ACT seeks a practical Maintenance Officer/Tradesperson for Farmborough Grove in Farmborough and Nareena Homes in Figtree.
This part time role (4 days per week) offers hands-on maintenance of independent living communities, from fixing taps to coordinating contractor access.
You'll use a CMMS to manage requests, perform routine and reactive maintenance, and uphold safety standards while delivering friendly, resident-focused service within the community.
