PEER is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the organisation's quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement framework across the RTO and GTO.
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee governance, reporting and regulatory obligations with a solid focus on driving outcomes.
You will guide audits, risk management and capability development, ensuring quality training and learner outcomes across PEER's operations.
