My client, an alternative investment manager based in the inner-ring of Melbourne is seeking to recruit a newly created Senior Investor Operations Analyst role.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will take ownership of the end-to-end investor operations function, including:
Investor and investment sponsor onboarding, including KYC/AML/CTF, FATCA/CRS and subscription documentation
Investor administration, including record maintenance, transaction processing and reconciliations
Administration of capital calls and investor distributions, and preparation of investor statements and tax documentation
Ongoing due diligence and compliance monitoring
Identification and implementation of process improvements to support operational scalability
The successful candidate will work closely with Investor Relations, Finance, Legal and Funds Management teams internally,



and will have regular contact with HNW investors, family offices, wealth managers and intermediaries externally.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in investor services, investor operations, fund administration or financial services operations
Strong understanding of investor onboarding, AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS processes
High attention to detail and solid organisational and data management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in finance, commerce or accounting
Experience with platforms such as Juniper Square, DocuSign or First AML is advantageous but not essential.
