Operational Services Associate -Deviations x2
to join our growing team.
Based at our Broadmeadows facility and reporting to the
Manager, Operational Services
, this role provides expertise in deviation investigations across the manufacturing value stream and supports operational improvements.
We are hiring for two fixed term (12 months) positions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead deviation investigations end‐to‐end, collaborating with QA and manufacturing teams to define scope, identify root causes, and assess operational impact.
Assemble and guide cross‐functional teams using structured investigation methodologies, ensuring all findings are accurately documented, verified, and compliant.
Define CAPAs and effectiveness checks, work with QA to secure approvals, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
Manage investigation timelines,
escalating risks or delays as needed, and communicate updates and outcomes to stakeholders.
Support routine deviation activities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / engineering or quality is highly preferred.
Exposure to or strong interest in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and GMP environments.
Robust analytical, problem‐solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‐functionally.
Proactive team player able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
