Attractive annual salary $135,149 - $148,929 p.a. plus 12% superannuation

What you'll be doing:
This role is central to how Operational Response functions day to day.
You will support the management of the Operational Communications Centre (OCC), contribute directly to state-wide operational preparedness including State Operations Centre readiness, and work closely with State Operations teams, Operational Platforms and partner agencies such as Fire and Rescue NSW.
A key focus of the role is driving operational improvement, shaping policy and procedures, and leading enhancements to critical systems, particularly the Computer Aided Dispatch system.
Our ideal candidate
A capable and trusted operational leader who supports the OCC across people, systems, procedures and policy, while providing reliable support to the Manager.
The role requires a people‐focused who promotes staff wellbeing, and maintains a professional and accountable workplace.
The successful candidate has a robust understanding of dispatch systems and governance,



identifies risks and improvement opportunities, and communicates effectively to support a resilient and high‐performing OCC.
