The Opportunity
The Assistant Director will work closely with the OSHC Director to provide a secure, welcoming and stimulating environment for children in Before and After School Care, along with Vacation Care.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week includes on-the-floor and administrative duties.
The role maintains a steadfast commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people by providing a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.

About You




You will be work with the Director and Educators of the OSHC service to plan and support the program based upon recognised School Age Care Framework (OSHC/Vacation Care).
To be successful in the role, you will have experience and passion for working with young people in growth-focused, positive and professional ways.
You will have:
Approved ACECQA Diploma level qualification.

Approved Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) certificate.
Current Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) certificate
Current acceptable Department of Human Services (DHS) Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current National Child Safety certificate
Food Safety training
