Join Bendigo Health's Medical Workforce Unit and play a key role in shaping the future of our junior medical workforce.
This role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, registration, rotations and workforce initiatives, working closely with medical leaders, internal teams and health service partners.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to workforce projects, strengthen recruitment pathways and partnerships, and help deliver a positive experience for our junior doctors while supporting a capable, sustainable workforce and high-quality patient care.
