september **** (Der kan kun ansøges i 1 dag endnu): R*****# # **Your role**Manage and grow client relationships in the FX and payments sector by understanding client needs, executing FX transactions, and providing tailored hedging solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service, drive account retention and growth, and ensure compliance and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
# # **What you'll be doing**Role :• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships, including essential contacts, account dealing preferences, and activity flows for foreign exchange hedging needs • Works closely with internal departments as client needs arise including credit, compliance, operations, sales • Drive account retention and growth of wallet share through strong relationship management, understanding of Corpay's products, platforms, and offerings • Answering and processing inbound/outbound calls.
• Booking and confirming client transactions across available products – spots, limit orders, forwards, options etc.
• Monitor and manage accounts in accordance with all key metrics • Direct communication with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s) • Exhibit and utilize knowledge of foreign exchange industry and payment solutions to support clients cash flow, product pricing and profitability • Attend all scheduled trainings, meetings,



or other events as assigned by manager or other levels of leadership • Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed • Successful completion of RG146 modulesRequired Qualifications• 3+ years previous account management experience in financial services industry preferable but not necessary • 3+ years' experience in a middle office or client-facing role within the Financial Services sector.
FX experience would be an advantage.
