Commonwealth Bank in Charlestown is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for a part time 20-hour week role (Mon-Fri, 12:00–4:00pm).
You'll be the public face of the branch, helping customers with everyday banking needs, Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice.
You will conduct Financial Health Checks, explain digital banking options, process account applications, and provide solutions while upholding our risk and service standards.
