Pullman East Melbourne, part of the Accor group, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie who is passionate and creative to consistently produce high-quality dishes for guests at our premium hotel, including events and banquets.
You will work under the Executive Chef, train kitchen juniors, maintain HACCP standards, manage food prep and waste, and handle high‐volume service with flexibility to support the culinary team.
