The Role
n
You'll manage your own Family Law practice across parenting and/or property matters with autonomy and support to do your best work.
n
You'll appear in Court, mediations and dispute resolution conferences, provide strategic advice to clients, brief Counsel and play an active role in mentoring junior members of the team.
n
As our practice continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills, management skills, strengthen referral relationships and establish yourself as a recognised Family Law practitioner.
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
4+ years' PQE practising predominantly in Family Law.
n
Experience managing your own matters with minimal supervision.
n
Strong technical knowledge across parenting and property matters.
n
Excellent advocacy, drafting and communication skills.
n
A genuine passion for helping clients through complex and sensitive situations.
n
The confidence to mentor and support junior team members.
n
A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of your practice.
n

Salary package between $130,000-$200,000 + Super.
