Are you an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Assistive Technology professional with hands-on experience across complex wheelchairs, powerchairs and mobility solutions?
n
i-Pharm Consulting is partnering with a growing assistive technology business to find an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to join their Canberra team.
n
This is an opportunity to combine your clinical expertise, product knowledge and commercial skills to help people access the right equipment to improve their independence, mobility and quality of life.
n
The Role
n
You'll work closely with clients, families, therapists and healthcare professionals to assess needs and recommend tailored assistive technology solutions.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing assessments and trials for complex manual and powered wheelchairs, power-assist devices and custom commodes
n
Applying strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills to identify the right solution for each client
n
Working closely with OTs, Physios, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals
n
Providing product demonstrations, education and training to clients and clinicians
n
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
n
Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales targets
n
Managing your territory independently while being supported by an experienced team
n

What We're Looking For




n
We're particularly interested in candidates who have genuine experience with complex rehab and mobility equipment, including:
n
n
Complex manual and powered wheelchairs
n
Power-assist technology
n
Seating and positioning solutions
n
Custom commodes and other complex AT solutions
n
Client assessment, scripting and clinical recommendations
n
n
An OT or Physiotherapy qualification would be highly regarded, particularly where combined with complex rehabilitation experience.
n
We're also open to medical device sales professionals who have solid experience selling mobility, rehabilitation or assistive technology products and have the clinical aptitude to transition into an ATP-focused role.
