Job Title:
n Lead Cryptography Security Engineer | KMS & HSM
n Lead enterprise cryptographic engineering across secure ICT environments, designing and supporting Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), PKI and encryption services. This Canberra-based role is onsite, with regular WFH unable to be accommodated.
n
Location: Canberra, ACT
n Work Arrangement: Onsite – regular WFH cannot be accommodated; occasional requests considered.
n Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
n Security Clearance Requirement: TSPV

Essential Tasks:
n
n
Design, deploy and configure enterprise KMS infrastructure and cryptographic services.
n
Manage cryptographic key lifecycles, HSMs, PKI, encryption and certificate services.
n
Integrate cryptographic capabilities across cloud, hybrid-cloud and on-premises environments.
n
Conduct security assurance, risk analysis, hardening and vulnerability remediation.
n

Key Criteria:
n
n
SFIA Level 5 capability in cryptographic engineering within secure enterprise environments.
n
Robust expertise across KMS, HSMs, PKI, encryption and key lifecycle management.
n
Experience with security risk, assurance, accreditation and vulnerability management.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to provide specialist technical security advice.
