Join Commonry this festive season! We're currently looking for passionate and positive Christmas Casual Sales Assistants with an eye for style to join our retail team.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED TO:
n
n
Apply the required selling techniques at every customer interaction to deliver service that is consistent with the Commonry service standards
n
Build customer relationships and repeat business
n
Maintain excellent stock administration standards in store
n
Deliver and maintain VM brand standards
n
Ensure housekeeping of the store and reserve and stock merchandising follow company standards and management directives
n
n
THE PERFECT FIT:

Has previous fashion retail experience
n
Is passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions
n
Is a friendly,



enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships
n
Confident to work in a fast-paced retail setting
n
Is well-presented and has an eye for style
n

Please note:
n
We're looking for a flexible approach to work throughout November **** – January ****, including weekends, Public Holidays and extended trade. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within your designated area.
