Job Description
Bayside Health is seeking a Community Development Worker to support carers and the person they care for across Melbourne's bayside region. This casual role involves assessment, advocacy and coordinating with state and commonwealth programs to connect carers with appropriate services.

You will work with diverse communities, support groups, and service providers to improve access and outcomes for carers. 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
