Safety Advisor | 10/4 Roster | Accommodation Provided

We are currently seeking an Safety Advisor to join a project team on a short-term contract basis.
n
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be out on site working directly with supervisors, crews, and subcontractors to drive a positive safety culture. If you're looking for a role behind a desk completing paperwork all day, this isn't it.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conducting regular safety interactions and field observations
n
Engaging with subcontractors and work crews on site
n
Monitoring and reporting against project safety KPIs
n
Supporting supervisors with safe work practices
n
Completing inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities
n
Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
n
Promoting proactive safety leadership across the project
n
n




About You
n
n
Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role within construction, infrastructure, renewables, or resources
n
Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to build rapport with subcontractors and site teams
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
n
