Job Description
McAuley Community Services for Women is seeking a Case Manager at McAuley House Ballarat to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred case management for women facing homelessness, family violence and complex needs.

You will provide safety planning, housing support and advocacy, coordinate referrals, manage risk, liaise with the residential team and uphold qualified boundaries through ongoing learning and culturally safe practice.
