Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic review of an organisation's Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience capabilities.

This role will suit a Business Analyst with experience in BCM, BIA, risk, resilience, governance or consulting, who is confident working with stakeholders and developing high-quality documentation and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
n

Support current-state assessments of BCM and Enterprise Resilience capabilities
n
Assist with and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops
n
Conduct stakeholder interviews and document findings
n
Review and analyse existing BCM frameworks, policies, processes and documentation
n
Support maturity assessments and gap analysis against ISO ***** and relevant risk frameworks
n
Develop and update BCM documentation, templates and resilience playbooks
n
Support development of implementation roadmap
n




Assist with executive-level reports, presentations and client deliverables
n
Work closely with the Lead Consultant and wider project team to ensure quality and consistency of outputs
n

About You
n
n
Experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Consultant
n
Robust experience in BCM, BIA, Enterprise Resilience, Risk or Governance
n
Hands-on experience supporting or conducting BIA workshops
n
Strong analytical, documentation and report-writing skills
n
Experience developing frameworks, processes, templates or playbooks
n
Understanding of ISO ***** and BCM best practice
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
n
Experience within Australian Government or highly regulated environments is highly desirable
