An opportunity for long-term career in secure business, reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
Supporting the team with day-to-day depot operations
Managing inventory control and stock movements
Daily Banking
Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations
General administration and office support duties
Maintaining a solid focus on safety, compliance, and process accuracy
Answering phones and emails
Skills & Experience
Previous administration experience preferred but not essential




Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and safety
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A customer-first mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
