The Company
Our client is a globally recognised resources organisation delivering a significant portfolio of capital investment projects across mining, smelting, concentrating and power transmission operations. With a robust focus on growth, innovation and operational excellence, they are investing heavily in technology-enabled transformation to support future business outcomes.
The Role
Acting as the bridge between technology strategy, capital project delivery and operational transformation, you will ensure technology requirements and strategic objectives are embedded throughout major capital programs and a portfolio of smaller technology initiatives.
This role offers significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence investment decisions within a highly complex and asset-intensive environment.
Salary: Up to $240,000 Package (Dependent on Experience)
Responsibilities
Translate technology strategy into practical requirements for major capital projects
Identify gaps between technology strategy and project scope, providing structured recommendationsli>
Partner with engineering, project delivery,



EPCM and technology teams to embed technology requirements into project outcomes
Track and report on strategic technology alignment across the broader capital portfolio
Support scoping, analysis and business case development for technology projects valued under $20M
Maintain visibility across project dependencies, risks and strategic alignment
Coordinate effectively between technology, operational and capital delivery stakeholders
Build strong relationships across technology, operations and capital project teams
Deliver analysis, gap assessments and executive-level recommendations
Support governance reporting and senior leadership briefings
Work directly within a leading global resources organisation
Exposure to complex mining, energy and industrial transformation projects
Senior-level autonomy with significant stakeholder visibility

What Our Client Requires
Proven experience in a Solution Lead, Strategy, Advisory, Business Analysis or Project Leadership role
Strong experience within resources, mining, energy or supply chain environments
Ability to work autonomously in a complex stakeholder environment
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders
