Far West Local Health District in Broken Hill is seeking a Social Worker Level 1/2/3 (dependent on experience).
You will provide social work services within Broken Hill Health Service, delivering an evidence-based therapeutic counselling service across a range of clinical areas and client groups, and you will partner with community and government agencies to build capacity to meet client needs.
This is a permanent full time position with NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme
