About the Role
n
As Assistant Store Manager, based in Myaree, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting operational performance, leading large teams and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
n You'll work across all aspects of the business, from people leadership and merchandising through to stock management, financial performance and operational excellence, preparing you for future Store Manager opportunities.

About You
n
n
Previous leadership experience within a large-format supermarket retail setting
n
Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop large teams
n
Strong understanding of supermarket operations and customer service excellence
n
Commercial awareness with experience managing wages, shrinkage and productivity
n
Passion for fresh food, merchandising and operational standards
n
Confident communicator who leads by example
n
Sound knowledge of food safety, compliance and workplace health & safety
