Hinen Australia is looking for a reliable and proactive Forklift Operator & Operations Assistant to join our team in Western Sydney.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties with day-to-day operational support for our Operations Manager.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n

Safely load, unload and move pallets using a forklift
n
Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing orders
n
Pick, pack and check orders accurately
n
Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks
n
Assist with inventory records, delivery coordination, documentation and general administrative tasks
n
Help manage stocktakes and maintain accurate warehouse records
n
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures
n
Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and operational issues promptly
n
n
What We're Looking For:

A current Australian LF Forklift Licence
n




Previous forklift and warehouse experience
n
Basic computer and data-entry skills
n
Good communication and organisational skills
n
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
n
A proactive and adaptable approach to different tasks
n
A strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Valid Australian working rights
n
