What makes this role different?
You'll be trusted, involved, and genuinely part of the legal team, not sitting on the sidelines.
You'll support our growing Perth office and work closely with a Principal and team of lawyers across a range of insurance law matters.
Duties will vary but you can expect to spend time across the following:
Drafting court documents, court filing, arranging service of documents
Client reporting
Document management (organisation and filing on electronic files)
Management of billing process, including e-billing
Entering disbursements and sundry accounts
Compiling e-briefs to counsel and other experts
Drafting, editing and despatching letters
Drafting and submitting relevant Medicare / Centrelink forms
Arranging medical appointments
Opening and closing files
Word processing
Arranging interstate travel
Arranging couriers




You will have access to an administrative assistant for delegated tasks.

Experience as a Secretary is essential (ideally within a law firm OR professional services)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
