The Role
n
Reporting to the Program Director, you'll own the end-to-end benefits framework: partnering with commercial and finance leaders to size opportunities, validate realised results, and keep leadership honest about pace, ambition and risk. It's a rare blend of commercial rigour and genuine influence, sitting at the centre of one of the organisation's most significant transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with commercial leaders to quantify value, set baselines and validate realised benefits
n
Own the end-to-end benefits framework, driving consistency and accuracy in measurement and reporting
n
Provide insight and challenge on pace of delivery, ambition and emerging risk
n
Lead continuous improvement of benefits tracking tools and reporting processes
n
Support the development of KPIs and performance measures across workstreams
n
Prepare benefits reporting and forecasts for C-suite governance forums
n
Partner with FP&A; on monthly, annual and planning-cycle reporting
n

About You
n
n
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
n
5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A;, management accounting, business performance or consulting
n
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with messy or complex data
n
Comfortable operating at C-suite level, able to translate complexity into a clear, defensible point of view
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting tools highly regarded
