• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities from market engagement through to contract execution
n
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies that deliver commercial value and business outcomes
n
• Build stakeholder relationships, understand business needs and provide trusted procurement advice
n
• Manage supplier and contractual relationships to ensure governance and performance outcomes
n
• Identify opportunities to improve value, manage risk and drive continuous improvement
n
• Apply market insights, supplier intelligence and commercial analysis to support decision-making
n
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk and specialist teams to ensure compliant and effective procurement outcomes
n
• Contribute to procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Significant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management or commercial management
n
Robust negotiation and contracting capability
n
Experience leading complex sourcing projects and commercial initiatives
n
Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Commercial acumen and ability to balance value, risk and business objectives
n
Proactive and pragmatic approach to delivering outcomes
