Job Description
Lumi is seeking an experienced Senior Policy and Credit Risk Lead to join our risk team in Australia. You will lead reviews of lending decisions, own credit risk policy, and drive policy updates with audit-readiness in mind.

You will mentor a team, translate regulatory changes into practical guidelines, and partner with product and Credit teams as we scale lending to Australian businesses. This role blends governance with hands-on analysis to keep underwriting sharp and compliant.
