CCS Financial Services (CFS) is seeking a Director AI Controls Engineering Lead in Sydney to translate governance, risk and policy into practical engineering controls for enterprise AI platforms.

You will design, build and operate central control, monitoring, evaluation and assurance infrastructure that enables AI to scale safely, consistently and transparently across CFS across federated delivery teams.
