About the role:
n
Work closely with a Partner, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate,



commercial and resources matters, including:
n
n
Mergers and acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions.
n
Joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring.
n
Transactions and commercial arrangements across the energy and resources sector.
n
Corporate governance and general commercial advisory matters.
n
Conducting due diligence and assisting on transaction documentation.
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
Have at least 1-4 PQE, coming from a reputable commercial law firm.
n
Robust drafting, analytical and communication skills.
n
Commercially minded, proactive and keen to take on responsibility.
n
Looking for a team offering strong technical development and long-term progression.
