About The Role

This organisation is looking for a hands-on Associate Change Analyst / APS6 Change Analyst who can develop and deliver change activities, support the adoption of current systems and processes, and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver change activities across IT, technology and transformation projects.
n
Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, gaps and resistance.
n
Develop training, communications and resources to support adoption.




n
Engage with senior leaders, technical teams, project teams and end-users.
n
Support leaders and teams through organisational and technology changes.
n
Monitor adoption and provide recommendations to improve change outcomes.
n
Manage complex and sensitive change activities independently.
n
n
Experience & Skills
n
n
Experience delivering change management across IT, technology or software projects.
n
Experience developing and delivering training and change communications.
n
Knowledge of change methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR.
n
Understanding of software development and Agile environments.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Excellent organisation, planning and time management abilities.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Prosci, CCMP or Agile Change certification.
n
Experience with Scrum or Kanban.
n
Government or other complex/regulated industry experience.
