The role offers exposure to sophisticated technology, digital transformation, data, privacy, cyber and emerging technology matters, advising leading corporate, government and technology clients.
The Rolen
You will work across:

Technology procurement, outsourcing and cloud arrangements
n
Drafting and negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements
n
Data, privacy and cyber risk matters
n
Intellectual property and commercialisation
n
Digital transformation, AI and emerging technologies
n
Consumer law issues in digital environments
n
n
You will also have opportunities to mentor junior lawyers, develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
About Youn
n
5+ years' post-admission experience
n
Strong technology, IP,



commercial or related experience
n
Experience in front-end advisory and transactional matters
n
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
n
Commercial and practical approach to legal advice
n
Genuine interest in technology and emerging areas of law
n
n
