We're continuing to expand our network — and we're seeking a motivated and commercially minded Real Estate Analyst to help identify and deliver current opportunities.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, this role is responsible for proactively sourcing and evaluating potential petrol station sites and business acquisitions across designated areas. You'll leverage your property expertise, research skills and market knowledge to uncover new opportunities, working closely with real estate agents, business brokers and developers to build United Petroleum's future network.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced position for someone who thrives on making connections, spotting opportunities, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
Utilise your
online research
capabilities to identify potential land, properties and existing businesses for development or acquisition
Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, business brokers and developers to generate quality site leads
Undertake market analysis including location, accessibility, competition,
zoning and demographics
Prepare detailed site and business acquisition reports with recommendations for management review
Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with United Petroleum's growth strategy
Represent the company professionally when engaging with external stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and present findings and proposals to senior management
About You
You're proactive, driven and commercially astute, with a passion for uncovering new opportunities. You bring:
Proven experience in Real Estate - Commercial/Industrial property identification and sourcing (fuel, retail or business brokerage experience advantageous).
Excellent research, analytical and reporting skills
Strong relationship management and communication abilities
An understanding of the commercial/industrial real estate market and development drivers
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes
