Location - Lewisham (parking on site or short walk from Metro Station + WFH options) 7 additional Leave days Hourly rate $39 per hour + Superannuation Not for profit employer, so you pay less tax! Permanent Full-Time position The role is Monday through Friday with work times of 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm. Initially you will be required to work full time in the office but after training can move to 2 days working from home. Exciting things are happening at Catholic Healthcare. Key responsibilities
n
n
Coordinating the onboarding of new Home Care clients
n
Translating care plans into accurate service schedules and activities within Procura
n
Maintaining client records and documentation within CRM systems
n
Ensuring all required paperwork and approvals are received and stored appropriately
n
Updating government portals including My Aged Care and PRODA
n
Supporting sales consultants with new opportunities and referrals
n
Monitoring data accuracy and escalating discrepancies when required
n




Providing administrative support across the sales and customer journey
n

To be successful in this role
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, administration, or customer relations
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
n
A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
n
Experience using CRM systems and databases
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
n
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
n
Experience within aged care, community services, health care, or a regulated industry will be highly regarded.
