Prior Property Fund Accounting experience is highly desirable

Funds Management or financial services experience will also be considered

The Role
n
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, your role will include:
n
n
Deliver accurate and timely month end management accounts and consolidated fund reporting including posting journals, IFRS reporting, cost tracking and budget variance analysis
n
Review and analyse property accounts prepared by external property manager
n
Provide technical accounting and tax advice for real estate transactions
n
Prepare quarterly unit price reporting to investors
n




Prepare annual statutory reports
n
Prepare tax calculations and working papers including BAS/tax distributions and other tax compliance matters including land tax, GST and general tax reporting
n
Assist team with compliance, debt management and investment administration for funds and project entities
n
Cashflow forecasting for funds and projects
n
process improvements and systems enhancements as required
n
n
The Person
n
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have solid hands on technical skills with a can do attitude, excellent attention to detail and the ability to interact and build relationships with the business. Career progression and development is on offer for ambitious and motivated individuals.
