Job Description

Lead the commercial, financial, and governance performance of multiple client accounts within JLL's Work Dynamics business
n
Manage and maximize commercial results across multiple client accounts
n
Oversee Master Services Agreements, contract price variations, and contractual pricing adjustments
n
Drive account-wide operational efficiency and effectiveness as a member of account leadership teams
n
Manage savings commitments and ensure contract variations are accurately priced, documented, and approved
n
Own finance-related contract KPIs to minimize commercial impact
n
Provide comprehensive financial services focused on quality, continuous improvement, governance, and best practice
n
Manage corporate month-end, forecasting, and budgeting processes with associated reporting
n
Oversee finance team operations, accounting controls, reporting, and process excellence
n
Ensure data integrity across JD Edwards, CAAPs, Corrigo, and other financial and operational platforms
n
Meet audit requirements and contribute to peer review processes across accounts
n
Build and maintain trusted client finance relationships
n
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and client interfaces
n
Support relevant KPIs and maintain client satisfaction above Satisfactory benchmarks
n
Contribute to positive annual client performance evaluations
n
Lead and develop JLL finance teams and Shared Services teams
n
Drive capability development and continuous improvement across finance processes
n
Foster collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation
n
Support systems implementation and operations
n
Advocate for AI adoption to improve finance team productivity
n
Ensure integration and data integrity across systems
n




Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and client contractual obligations
n
Maintain financial and commercial governance frameworks

Manage audit readiness and regulatory compliance across all accounts

Requirements
n
n
CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification
n
Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience
n
Extensive experience in financial management, commercial governance, and operational finance leadership within complex business environments
n
Demonstrated experience managing financial and commercial aspects of client contracts and service agreements
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across client organizations, senior leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
n
Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders to address complex commercial, operational, and strategic challenges
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting financial insights clearly to finance and non-finance audiences
n
Capability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
n
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements
n
Proven experience leading, developing, and managing high-performing finance teams within a matrixed environment
n




Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and financial reporting tools
n
Strong analytical and systems capability
n
Experience driving automation, process improvement, and data-led financial reporting initiatives
n
Strong understanding of financial systems, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and internal controls
n
