About The Rolen
Due to continued growth and recent changes within the team, an opportunity has become available for Intermediate and Senior Estimators to join a high-performing pre-construction division.
n
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in preparing detailed and competitive HVAC/mechanical estimates across major projects throughout Sydney.
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Preparing accurate HVAC/mechanical estimates and tender submissions
n
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
n
Performing detailed take-offs and cost planning
n
Coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing
n
Supporting the delivery of large-scale commercial, healthcare, and data centre projects
n
Managing multiple tenders simultaneously within strict deadlines
n
Utilising Bluebeam and Excel extensively throughout the estimating process
n




Assisting with value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives
n
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle
n
Skills & Experiencen
n
Proven experience as an Intermediate or Senior Estimator within HVAC / Mechanical Services contracting
n
Strong Tier 1 or major project exposure
n
Experience delivering estimates across hospitals, data centres, or major commercial developments
n
Exposure to projects valued up to $80M
n
Advanced Bluebeam capability
n
Strong Excel and cost analysis skills
n
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Stable employment history within the mechanical services industry
