They will work actively as a member of the school Leadership Team, leading by example and driving our school culture and expectations.
n
There will be times of the day that they will work alongside our Administration Team in a front office capacity.
n
They will work alongside their teams by setting up staff for success and building capability and capacity in teams across the school.
n

The successful applicant will have experience leading non-teaching teams and have capabilities in:
n
n
Human Resource Management including line management of school support staff
n
Facilities and Infrastructure Management
n
Workplace Health and Safety Management
n
Finance Management
n
Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities within the Business Manager role, including Strategic Leadership
n
Well developed interpersonal skills
n
n
