The Role

As our Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind our site's culinary operations. You will be responsible for:

Leading, motivating, and managing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food services.
n
Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
n
Managing stock control,



ordering, and kitchen budgets.
n
Ensuring strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and OH&S; standards.
n
Fostering a positive, cooperative, and safe working environment.

About You
n
n
Trade Qualified Chef with proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
n
Experience in remote, bulk catering, or large-scale hospitality operations is highly regarded.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a diverse team.
n
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
n
A strong commitment to safety and quality.
