About The Role

Join our Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit in NSW. You will produce high-quality architectural renders, visualisations, and marketing imagery. Your work will directly communicate design intent and support business development, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Create high-quality interior and exterior architectural visualisations.
n
Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, BIM models, and design sketches.
n
Produce photorealistic renderings and animations for marketing and client presentations.
n
Enhance and composite rendered images using advanced post-production techniques.
n
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to align assets with project objectives and branding standards.
n
Manage project deadlines and multiple visualisation tasks simultaneously.
n
Maintain visual quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout all project stages.




n
Manage and respond to all internal and external queries professionally.
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven experience as an Architectural Visualiser, 3D Artist, or a similar creative role.
n
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic architectural renderings.
n
Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling.
n
Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and design concepts accurately.
n
Robust attention to detail with a proven ability to work within strict project deadlines.
n
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
n

Required Software Skills

3D Modelling: Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp
n
Rendering: Chaos V-Ray, Chaos Corona Renderer
n
Post-
Production/Compositing:
Adobe Photoshop
n
ArchiCAD: Some knowledge of would be beneficial
