About The Opportunity
n
Join Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) and play a critical role in supporting business-critical systems used by Global Supply and Selling Partners around the world.
n
What you will do
n
n
Provide third-level support for business-critical systems and escalated queries from Global Supply and Selling Partners
n
Investigate, analyse, and resolve business and system-related issues to minimise disruption and improve user experience
n
Deliver setup, maintenance, and support for TravelBox, HotelHub, HELiO, and associated systems
n
Monitor system performance and communicate findings to vendors and stakeholders where required
n
Contribute to system enhancements and new projects as a subject matter expert
n
Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and training resources
n
Provide internal training and demonstrations to support effective use of business systems
n
Coordinate release management activities with vendors for system modifications and updates
n
Execute functional testing and review system modification documentation
n
Communicate system issues, outages, and changes to users and vendors globally
n
Support software updates, functional enhancements, and change management activities
n
Proactively recommend process improvements to increase system effectiveness and business outcomes
n
n
What you will need
n
n
Minimum 1+ years' experience in an environment involving information analysis, problem resolution, and business process improvement
n
Experience communicating information effectively through written and verbal channels
n




Experience participating in meetings with business representatives and stakeholders
n
Exposure to travel systems and an understanding of global booking system complexities is desirable
n
Customer service experience within a support setting is desirable
n
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
n
