You could be responsible for:
Leading and inspiring your team to smash sales targets and KPIs
Driving store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control and shrinkage
Creating an exceptional customer experience and motivating your team to do the same
Receiving and processing high volumes of stock with speed and accuracy
Keeping the stockroom organised,



efficient and ready for action
Maintaining an exciting, on-brand store environment

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for sneakers and streetwear.
You'll ideally have:
A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience
A strong understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture
Previous retail, leadership or stockroom experience — a bonus, or not essential
A motivated, driven "Make It Happen" attitude
The confidence and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace
Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including weekdays, late nights, weekends and public holidays as required
