Customer Care Representative - me+ Patient Support Program
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and customer-focused individual to join our me+ Patient Support Team as a Customer Care Representative.
The me+ team plays a vital role in supporting both patients and healthcare professionals throughout the care journey.
From product sampling and product-related support to connecting patients with additional support services, our focus is on ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and empowered as they navigate life with a stoma or continence condition.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls, emails, and web enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, distributors, and Convatec employees.
Provide product information, usage guidance, and coordinate product sampling requests.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls with patients as part of the me+ Patient Support Program to provide ongoing support and enhance the patient care journey.
Coordinate discharge kits and product samples in collaboration with Stomal Therapy Nurses, Continence Nurses, Medical Sales Specialists, and patients.
Accurately create and maintain cases and fulfilment requests within the Customer Interaction Centre (CIC) CRM system.
Maintain accurate and usable patient and clinical data in accordance with company guidelines and privacy requirements.
Provide support to the Sales and Marketing teams as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the patient and customer experience.
Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs and performance objectives.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Previous experience in customer service, patient support, outbound calling, sales support, or a similar customer-focused role.
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting and professional relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
The ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism when supporting people navigating life-changing health conditions.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
A proactive approach with strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
The ability to remain calm, professional, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Robust problem-solving and decision‐making skills.
Experience working with CRM systems or databases would be advantageous.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A desire to continually learn about our products, the healthcare environment, and evolving standards of care.

Qualifications
Nursing qualifications or healthcare experience are highly regarded but not essential.
Experience supporting patients or healthcare professionals will be viewed favourably.
