The Opportunity
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join the National Allergy Centre of Excellence (NACE) and play a key role in project reporting and budget management, alongside program coordination and stakeholder engagement across a leading health research network.
This role will oversee project reporting and budgets, manage key agreements and partnerships, and coordinate strategic stakeholder activities, helping to drive supporting continuous improvement and the successful delivery of impactful health research.
This is a 12-month contract, offered full time, or for the right candidate on a part time basis at 30.4 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Work with Project Leads to support the NACE planning, reporting and impact framework
Support project budget reporting through MAGIQ and PowerBI
Lead internal and external stakeholder and donor reporting
Manage NACE sub-awards and agreements, including reporting, invoices and amendments
Coordinate and lead preparation for key stakeholder meetings, including the Strategic Council, Leadership Group, Stream meetings
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in business, project management, public health, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination, grant management, or similar role
Proficiency in budget and financial reporting tools, including MAGIQ and Power BI
Experience analysing and interpreting data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support informed decision-making
Proven ability to prepare comprehensive reports for government funders and stakeholders
Experience establishing and managing agreements with project partners, including invoices and amendments
