Position Profile
The Recovery Centre Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, coordination and implementation for Mental Health recovery programs at the Broome Community Recovery Centre (BCRC), which aims to create a supportive environment that engages mental health clients in a more culturally appropriate way outside the traditional health service environment in order to increase access to health services and promote healthy behaviours.

An understanding of what a recovery based framework means for a mental health services
The ability to engage well with internal and external stakeholders and build positive working relationships




Skills in being able to implement change and ensure an effective recovery based mental health program is embedded within the Broome Community Recovery Centre.
